Everyone knows someone who is a good leader. You may be that person. Did you ever stop to think about what the most important thing for leaders to know is? Have you ever wondered what one skill an effective leader needs? That skill is a SWOT analysis—an analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
